We are looking for some assistance with manning the Mudgee Show gates on Saturday 7th march.
We are manning the Maderia road gate at the Mudgee Showground, you will be required to direct the public to the main gates, open & closed the gate for the horses, keeping the gates closed at any other times and any assist the Lions Club were needed.
In return the lions give us a sizeable donation.
All welcome to help - Joeys & Cubs will require a parent to attend & assist - if this is not possible please come and speak to us before the closing date.
Scouts & Ventures can attend without a parent but your assitance is also greatly appreicated.
Scouting uniform is required, fully enclosed shoes, hat & drink bottle.
Extra water & some small snacks will be provided.
Please select the time slot your family is available to assist with.
We only require a maxium of 6 per time slot, once this has been reached the timeslot will become unavailble.
