Hi Everyone,
We have been given the opportunity to undertake the duties of manning the Disabled/Bus entry at the Field Days on Friday 10th & Saturday 11th July - 8am - 4.30pm.
Duties can include opening & closing gate, scanning the tickets, selling tickets, using 123tix equipment, checking wristbands.
Each day is broken into shifts - if everyone could do a shift over the two days that would be amazing!
Joeys & cubs require a parent/guardian to attend & stay with them during the shift.
Scouts & Vennies can attend without a parent/guardian but we would still love the help.
We are based at bus/disable entry - 267 ulan road - if driving out you will be required to park in one of the public entries car parks and then walk over to our gate.
There is a free public bus doing trips in and out from around town if you would like to use it instead and it drops you straight off at our gate.
We are looking for as much suport for this event as possible - in return the group recevies a donation and you get free entry to use before/after your shift!
Please dress warm - Uniform members required your uniform and everyone attending requires to wear fully enclosed shoes, everyone is also required to wear a saftey vest - these will be provided.
Please bring a drink bottle.
