Hi Everyone,
Our annual community family fun day on Sunday 2nd august is fast apporaching and will need your assistant to make this event successful.
We are looking for helpers on the day to help with running the games & activities, canteen, bbq cooking, set up, pack away etc.
Please select a timeslot for when your available - please arrive 10mins before your shift to allow for a smooth transition.
It is always a great day for us and the community - we have lots of exciting things happening on the day including this year - Hyber Beam Laser Tag !
Uniform members please be in uniform, everyone requires fully enclosed shoes & a hat.
Please bring a drink bottle.
It would be great if each family could also bake/make something for the cake stall (boxes are provided)
and if you have anything lying around that could be used in our tombola jars please bring in on your sectional nights beforehand, we have plenty of jars to fill !
There is also things that are happening behind the scenes before the big day - if you would like to lend a hand, please get in touch.
